So recently I've been looking at upgrading my style, and one of the things that I've been focusing on is my make-up! At the start of 2015 while I was browsing pinterest, I came across this photo explaining how long you should keep your make-up for. I quickly realized that the majority of my make-up was out of date and I needed to throw it out, because there was no way I was going to put out of date shit on my face lol. I cleaned out my make-up and got rid of 80% of my make-up, so for pretty much the whole of 2015 I've been trying to "restock" my stash and revamp what I use.
As you guys know, I've been trying to stop using products from companies that test on animals (MAC included unfortunately..) so all of the make-up I'm going to be showing will be (hopefully) cruelty free! I hope you all enjoy this post!

Hello flawless! Oxygen WOW by BENEFIT COSMETICS - Now this is a product I've had my eye on for a while now. I was a little iffy about benefits foundations/concealers because it was hard to find a shade that was in my skin tone. One random day last year I went to a Benefit store and the mua there found a shade in my exact shade and gave me a little touch up on my foundation. It felt so smooth and I was literally glowing so I fell in love with this baby quickly. It's been on my wishlist for a while now so I've got a mental note to pick this one up whenever I have the time and money lol.
Amazonian Clay by TARTE COSMETICS - Another one on my "MUST BUY" list is Tarte's 12 hour coverage foundation. I found this on a whim when searching for high end foundations in my exact shade and behold! Tarte's HUGE collection of shades allowed me to find one in my skin tone~ This one is a little pricey so I've put it off hold for a while now but I've seen so many WOC beauty guru's on youtube and twitter raving about this foundation so it's stayed in the wishlist cart for a while. Someday.....someday...
Pure Radiant Tinted Moisturizer by NARS COSMETICS - I've seen this baby everywhere so it's impossible for me to not have this in my wishlist. I've actually gotten a sample of this foundation from the assistants at the NARS stall in Selfridges (London) so I know how amazing this baby is! One problem I have with foundations is that they always seem to "fall off" after a few hours in the sun but this one had my face glowing while not making it look oily which I loved! I'm definitely planning on having this in my shopping cart eventually.

USA Pro Conceal by L.A. Girl Cosmetics - This is yet another product that has been raved about for god knows how long, and considering the price I'm surprised I haven't gotten myself a few of them yet. This one can be tied in with Contouring, which is actually the reason why its on my wishlist, but since its classed as a concealer i'll leave it here lol. It ranges from 2.99 - 5.99 depending on where you get it from which I think is a fantastic price when I watch the results of the product on beauty guru's haha.
Dark Circle Concealer by KIKO MILANO - I saw this one in a KIKO store on the corner of Oxford Circus and fell in love with it! It's got a dewy finish to it and doesn't make me feel oily at all. I didn't pick it up in the end because I was actually out with my friends and we wanted to eat lol, but I kinda regret it because it was SO good haha! There is a KIKO store close by to me so when I'm bothered i'll go down there to get one!
Nyx Concealer Wand by NYX COSMETICS - Hmm, now this is a product I found while I was browsing the boots website (despite my loyalty to superdrug haha). It looks like a good product judging from the reviews on the site, and the price is great for a student like me lol. This one isn't really a "I MUST HAVE THIS" product but its one I do have my eyes on.

Ultra Contour Palette by Makeup Revolution - This product omgggg!! Honestly I've got NO idea why I haven't bought this yet because its actually amazing! It comes with contour powders and creams, along with a shimmery bronzer and a highlighter!! I gave all of them quick swatches when I was in Superdrug and almost cried at how beautiful it was. If there is any product on this wishlist that I'm going to buy first it would be this one!
Cream Contour Palette by e.l.f Cosmetics - This is actually a new product that e.l.f released and I'm really liking the way it looks! I haven't seen any reviews on it yet but judging by how much everyone loved the first contour palette, I have a feeling this one is going to be the next over exposed product from the company lol. At only $6 (that's about £4.50) i think it's a god steal!

Candlelight Glow Highlighting Powder Duo by Too Faced Cosmetics - So this is a product that caught my eye solely for the packaging. I mean look at how cute and princess like it looks? Too faced never fails with being cute, they're with Etude house for most adorable makeup products for me lol. Apart from the packaging, I've seen quite a few people rave about this product too. I'm a lot more comfortable with highlighters being in the form of powders so I know just how much i'm putting on. This looks like a good one that isn't too shimmery which is great because I don't like wearing too much makeup in college so this way I can wear a highlighter without it being too overbearing for me.
Baked Highlighter by e.l.f Cosmetics - This is yet another product that has been raved about for ages and I'm (once again) surprised I haven't bought it yet. It's SOOO inexpensive and the results are amazing. This looks similar to the Make-up Revolution highlighter I got recently which I loved so i've got high hopes for this one!

Ultra Matte Lips in Tulle by COLOURPOP - Okay, I instantly fell in love with this product the moment I saw it! My absolute FAVORITE shade to wear on my lips is one that is dark nude with a pink undertone. This does exactly that in a way that I didn't think was possible. I would generally combine 3/4 products to get my lips to that colour, so having this product would literally be a god send for me lol.
Melted Lipstick in Melted Candy by Too Faced Cosmestics - Along with the new Chocolate collection, Too faced released new Melted lipsticks too. This one is a very bright pink shade but I love it! I can already imagine how it would look in the summer!!! This one is on my list now so that I remember to buy it around the end of spring so I can rock it during the summer!
Everlasting Liquid Lipstick in Lolita II by Kat Von D - I found this beauty on the twitter MakeupforWOC and was sold (but not really sold since the price is HELLA HEAVY FOR A LIPSTICK). The colour is absolutely gorgeous but I think this will be one of those products where its on your list but you never actually buy it lol. One can dream..
Melted Chocolate in Metalic Frozen Hot Chocolate by Too Faced Cosmetics - When I saw this on April's twitter I screamed!! Too Faced never lets me down when it comes to lipsticks but this??? Lord help me this shade makes me catch feelings I never knew I had! I've been seeing people do swatches and looks with this product and every time I see it a single tear falls from my eyes~ Honestly. I need this.

I know that Colourpop has been the hot topic of last year (along with highlighters), but I actually found out about the brand through Jen (clothesencounters) a long time ago! She was rocking this lip colour in one of her videos and I was mesmerized to say the least! This was an obvious must have product the moment she mentioned it in her favorites video!

De-Slick Oil-Control Makeup Setting Spray by Urban Decay - I don't have oily skin (I have normal/sensitive skin), but I find that when I've been wearing makeup for a long while, my face starts to get a little glow from where the makeup has 'fallen off'. I want a setting spray that can not only keep the makeup on my face, but make my face look matte throughout the day without me having to worry about looking like I've been swimming lol
Chocolate Bon Bons Eye Shadow Collection - Of course, I couldn't not put this here! This palette was another thing that I was REALLYYYYYY wishing to get for christmas. Whenever someone asked me what I wanted I would say "the new too faced chocolate palette!!!" but in the end, no one got it for me lol. I've got this one on my "need" list, so lets see how long it takes until I waste my money buying it ^^;
